Sean McCallion
Sean is a qualified civil engineer with over 25 years construction industry experience, leading and directing large multi-disciplinary project and sector teams.
He recently joined VolkerStevin as the new framework director for the United Utilities (UU) AMP6 framework. His role is to lead the C2V+ team and ensure they work collaboratively with UU and all other stakeholders.
Sean started in the industry as an engineer and during his professional career developed into the senior management teams. Previously he worked for North Midland Construction, Miller Civil Engineering, Alfred McAlpine and Hochtief.
He has a proven track record of successfully integrating delivery teams into a single culture, and has a natural affinity for building and maintaining close relationships with clients, joint venture partners and stakeholders. His leadership style encourages all team members to personally develop and take accountability in their role.
