Catherine Merlane
Catherine is a Chartered Civil Engineer with more than 30 years in the Water Sector working for both the client and consultancy organisations. She joins C2V+ as the Pre-Contract Manager after developing and delivering the AMP6 strategy for CH2M. Catherine has been involved in business development for the Urban Water sector since 2004 and is responsible for winning a number of AMP5 frameworks for Wessex, South East Water and United Utilities; which she then went on to set up – including the initial plans for global delivery.
In 2013, Catherine was part of the team working on the United Utilities CDP framework proposal and on its award, formed part of the initial mobilisation team. She is now involved in positioning C2V+ for other opportunities as the business grows.
Involved in work winning for C2V+ Catherine brings extensive technical knowledge to the team to ensure we develop the most cost effective solution. She is keen to establish collaborative working across all parties and is driven to meet the strategic growth plans.
