Head of Customer Experience and Third Party Services
Michelle Bentley has over 20 years’ experience of working as an ambassador and key contact for customers and third parties in both the public and private sector. She joined the business in 2014 as a customer experience and third party manager at C2V+.
Michelle’s current role is head of customer experience and third party services across all of VolkerStevin’s business sectors. She manages a team of dedicated customer experience coordinators who work within the communities on live projects.
Michelle is responsible for providing support to the business from pre-tender through to project delivery and handover. She also coordinates all corporate social responsibility requirements and monitors client experience.
